Saturday was another football game, two down - I don't know how many more to go! But it was the Iowa/Iowa State game - always a big deal around here! Ryan and Mike headed over around 1:00 in the afternoon, which was nice. We had our morning together...
It was a HUGE domination by the Hawks - which makes everyone in this house happy! Super fun.
My Saturday afternoon and evening consisted of hanging with the kids and JeanAnn. We did have a really nice day. Kayson had Haley over for awhile, which kept the kiddos busy. They all did really well together. I made a quick, easy supper... we went to the park, then got ice cream. We dropped Haley off around 7:30. Busy afternoon with that girl. She's a sweetie.
Back home... bath, Full House, bed. JeanAnn and I watched most of the second half of the game. Then we crashed too. Man I was tired! Ryan and Mike got home around midnight. Always glad when they are home... and safe.
Overall a nice Saturday. Today was church (previous post)... and then this afternoon I did a few errands, Cora took an awesome rest, Kayson went over to a friends house, Ryan cleaned out the garage a little... just a really nice Sunday afternoon too. We needed that.
