Weekend

Friday:
Stayed in...  quiet, tired, uneventful evening. 

Saturday:
Saturday seemed busy... and it was. 
Kayson started basketball... and we were lucky enough to get an 8:00 game.  SLEEPY FAMILY!  ha.  We've been spoiled lately with sleeping in on Saturdays!  Anyway... pretty good game, for being their first, and not knowing each other, etc.  It's a short season, so it'll go fast, but hopefully Kayson learns something!

Following basketball, we did breakfast out with Mike and JeanAnn...  and kind of had to cut that short, as I needed to get home/changed/back on the road for my good friend Katie's baby shower.  I attended that... and it was lovely, literally... perfect, lovely, so nice.  I was able to see some old OLD friends - my old Dorm Mom from Ellsworth Community College and her daughter, and another gal that I knew.  It was SO nice catching up with them... and then also seeing Katie just BEAM.  She'll be a tremendous mother.  

I then did a few errands on my own, as Ryan and the kiddos went to Jenna's basketball game.  I also got some quiet time at home too... which was heaven, not going to lie.  :)

We grabbed supper out Saturday night...  did a quick return to the mall... and back home... movie night, with popcorn and relaxing.  

Sunday:
Church...  groceries... laundry... cleaning out cars...  and the kiddos played outside in the snow (that's starting to melt!)  We played a little... took a bunch of pictures, as they were being so good.  A little more relaxing... a tent was made for quiet time...  and that's been our day.  Pretty quiet, but also some mouthy lips coming from K and C.  hmmm...  we might we tired of each other?!  ha. 

Good weekend...  of course bummed that this coming week is a full week of work.  WHAT?!?!
