Kayson's good friend, Ben, asked him to go to KC for the weekend! Kayson was so excited!
They headed out Friday around noon... and stayed with John's Aunt. They had a great time there Friday night - having pizza and playing poker! ha. I thought that was funny. Kayson won $3. :)
Saturday they swam, fished, and walked around Scheel's, and another little museum in the area. Then it was time for the KC Royals vs Boston Red Sox game! The Plaisance are all Boston fans, and lonely Kayson is the Royals fan - but the Royals ended with the W!!! Kayson had fun!!
Sunday they took their time around in the morning, and arrived home around 4pm.
Kayson was chatty and talked quite a bit about the trip. I was so happy to see him happy. What a good little memory for him... he's getting big now, going on trips with other families! :)
